The Caretaker´s Office or Information Point is located in the main hall of the School.

From the Caretaker´s Office we provide the information, personal or telephone, on any matter related to the Center or guidance on other channels of information.

One of the tasks of the Caretaker´s Office staff is to inform and serve the public.  They are also in charge of maintaining and updating the information that appears on the boards of the School.  Lost items found in the School will be delivered to the Caretaker´s Office.  Therefore if you lose an object in any of the classrooms or any other place of the School, you must go there to ask if it has been found.

Basic services

  • Opening and closing of buildings.
  • Maintenance and control of classrooms, common spaces and facilities. For this work it is necessary to count on the collaboration of all, informing the concierge staff, those anomalies that are detected for resolution as quickly as possible.
  • Control of occupancy of spaces.
  • Information, personal or telephone, on any matter relating to the Center or guidance on other channels of information.
  • Loan of audio-visual equipment and diverse material of general use.
  • Organization, distribution and collection of internal and external mail for departments, areas and services.
  • Provide students with forms or documents.
  • Custody of the Center's kit to deal with small contingencies, as well as emergency first intervention teams.

  • Monday to Friday: from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturdays: from 9 to 14 hours.
